Cutting-edge Technical Setup: The heart of the audiovisual experience at the World Retail Congress was the imposing 2.6 Gloshine LED screen from the MV series. With monumental dimensions of 28 meters long by 2.5 meters high, this screen offered sharp images and vibrant colors, giving attendees an incomparable visual experience. At Octo Event Productions we are proud to have been able to guarantee our clients a precise and efficient assembly of this cutting-edge technology and personalized and complex scenography for the different areas of the hotel, raising the quality of the event to new heights.
Latest Generation Video Control: The fluid and effective management of the LED screen was carried out with Novastar’s H5 electronics as well as having managers for the different video signals with the Aquilon RS2 Video Mixer. This industry-leading device enabled seamless transitions between presentations, videos and visual content, creating an immersive experience for everyone present. Unmatched Sound Quality: The sound design for the congress was carried out with top-level equipment with PA systems and monitoring with D&B and Yamaha and Midas MR32 in control of the different areas of the event, guaranteeing exceptional acoustic quality in all the areas.
Custom Stage: Custom scenography was a distinctive element of the event, and Octo Event Productions dazzled with a custom-designed stage with a gloss black melamine finish and inlays of LED strips with RGB control by DMX on each of the access steps. The stage not only served as a focal point for presentations and speeches, but also added a touch of elegance and modernity to the whole. The inclusion of LED strips along the stage created an immersive atmosphere that captured the essence of the Congress.
Mobile Lighting and Varied Environments: Mobile lighting was another key element for creating captivating environments. At Octo Event Productions we use a variety of lighting techniques, setups and designs with various equipment to suit different areas of the event. From the plenary sessions to the exhibition areas, the lighting was finely adjusted to enhance the visual experience and create unique atmospheres through Elation and ECL Prolights LED brand equipment in the different rooms where the event was held.
Diversity of Spaces: The event covered various spaces, from the plenary room to the breakout rooms and the EXPO area with different stands produced in black and white melamine with light boxes and graphic printing to highlight the different brands of the exhibition. Octo Event Productions coordinated the logistics and technical production of more than 60 people in setting up the event to ensure that each area fulfilled its specific purpose, creating a harmonious flow between the different spaces and maximizing attendee participation.
