The centerpiece of this corporate event, the plenary session, stood out with an impressive 27-meter-long indoor LED screen, specifically designed for this event. This visual display not only captivated the audience but also seamlessly integrated onto a customized stage, finished in elegant glossy black melamine that emphasized exquisite attention to detail.

A flawless fusion of technology and event production

The event did not solely focus on visual impact. To ensure a comprehensive experience, we implemented a live camera capture system with streaming options to reach a global audience. Lighting, a crucial element, was achieved through strategically placed moving heads to create a visually appealing environment that harmonized with the event’s theme.

The audio system, consisting of high-quality d&b equipment and Sennheiser wireless microphones, ensured clear and uniform sound reproduction, essential for effective communication in any conference.

Beyond the plenary session, our team was responsible for setting up multiple breakout rooms, each fully equipped with the necessary audiovisual resources. From branding elements to carpentry, and including customized stands and scenography for the Expo area, we offered a comprehensive service that covered all aspects of the event.
