Vmware in Barcelona: Multi-Space Event Production

At Octo Event Productions, we transform events into memorable experiences, merging creativity with advanced technology. This approach is clearly evidenced in our project for the Vmware Executive Summit.

For the Vmware Executive Summit, which took place simultaneously in various locations; Hospital de Sant Pau, Hotel Renaissance, and Cocina de los Hermanos Torres, at Octo we highlighted our ability to integrate audiovisual and branding elements precisely and technically. In the cozy plenary at Sant Pau, we designed a custom wooden stage and used curved LED screens to adapt to the space’s own shapes. To decorate the ceiling of the room, adding textures, color, and dynamic movement, we used moving spot and wash heads.

Innovative Design and Advanced Technique in Events

The exterior of the plenary featured the implementation of various custom-made carpentry decorative elements strategically placed, along with branding elements to subtly yet effectively reinforce the brand identity. For the conferences at the Hotel Renaissance, we carried out the installation of the plenary along with 6 breakouts to accommodate all the scheduled sessions. We unified audio, video, lighting, scenography, and branding to offer a complete and cohesive service. The Cocina had a simple setup to cover the group’s last dinner, ensuring the continuity of our service provision in different spaces with technical efficiency and brand consistency.
