MERZ Corporate Event at the Valparaiso Hotel

In terms of video, we set up two 98″ Monitors, along with a comfort monitor dedicated to the speakers, ensuring visibility from any seat in the room. The perimeter lighting, executed with battery-operated spotlights, provided a warm and immersive environment, vital to creating the right tone for the event.

Technology and Design at the Service of Branding

The sound technology was another key point. We used perimeter and frontfill spot sources, combined with wireless microphones. This ensured crystal clear sound reproduction, suitable for both speeches and presentations and videos. The sound quality is essential in events of this magnitude, and at Octo Event Productions, we leave nothing to chance.

The production of branding elements was comprehensive. We created printed foam for the stage table and royal room, elegantly covering part of the columns. In addition, we installed a 0.9x17m banner that highlighted the identity of MERZ. We also took care of the production and installation of photocalls, both in the royal hall and the terrace, offering unique opportunities for the brand and the attendees.
