Coca Cola Event – Sofitel Skipper

Corporate event for 180 Coca Cola executives in Barcelona.

For this event, Octo carried out the technical production and construction of customized scenarios, as well as the production and installation of the different branding elements in different areas of the hotel.

In terms of sound, we had a d&b system for the main PA, LD SAT monitors for the speakers to match the white carpet and a Sennheiser digital microphone system with Dante and a Yamaha QL5 in the control.

For the video systems, there were 3 LED screens of different sizes with Gloshine 2.6mm indoor modules, Novastar H5 4k electronics and an Aquilon RS2 for content control.

In this case we opted for a lighting design composed of different LED equipment such as Prolight ECL Profiles and Fresnels for stages and audience, Elation Davincis moving heads and Fuze Wash z120 for decorative room lighting.

The event was also composed of various elements of scenography for corporate events with different stands for the audience, stages for the presentations and different areas in the foyer with printed backs, vinyl and different branding elements for the networking areas.
